01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and king33 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your use of the king33 website, mobile app, games, services, and all features provided by the platform.
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the king33 platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms. - One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on king33. Registration of multiple accounts using the same identity, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. False information may result in account termination and balance confiscation.
- Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. king33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
- KYC Verification: king33 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing the first withdrawal or when requested by the compliance team. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address.
- Information updates: You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date. Any changes to personal details must be reported to the king33 support team.

- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under your own king33 account name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- King33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing a withdrawal in order to meet legal compliance requirements.
- Any attempt at fraud or manipulation of the payment system will result in immediate account freezing and further legal action.
- Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may vary depending on the player's VIP level. VIP players enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
05 Bonus & Promotions
King33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the following rules:
- Wagering requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The wagering rate is clearly stated in each promotional offer.
- Bonus validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically removed from the account.

06 Game Rules

- All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
- Game results are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the game concluding.
- In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, king33 will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Wagered funds will be returned if the game cannot be completed.
- King33 reserves the right to void any bets or games involving technical errors, system disruptions, or exceptional circumstances beyond the platform's control.
- Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. king33 is not liable for losses resulting from connection disruptions on the player's end.
07 Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players, king33 strictly prohibits the following conduct. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate disciplinary action:
- Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools that manipulate games or the betting system
- Collusion between players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes
- Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or evade restrictions
- Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at other players or king33 support staff
- Sharing or selling your king33 account to another party
Warning: king33 works closely with relevant authorities in cases involving money laundering or fraud. All suspected cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.
